Sign in and the lobby opens
Your negaraqq account is the shortcut to live tables, slot rooms and sportsbook markets in one tab. Sign in once and we'll keep your DANA, OVO, GoPay and...
What to expect when you sign in
We keep the sign-in flow short on purpose. Enter your username and password, confirm the device prompt if it's your first time on a new phone, and you're in. Your wallet, e-wallet shortcuts and recent games sit on the landing screen, so you can carry on from the slot you closed last night or jump to a fresh sportsbook market. If a
session times out, we'll bring you back to the same screen — no reshuffling, no lost tabs, no second login.
Accepted payment context
DANA
DANA links to your account once and stays pinned to the chip row. Top up from the wallet you already use daily and the balance lands ready for the lobby.
OVO
OVO works the same way: confirm the transfer in your OVO app and we mirror it on your negaraqq dashboard within a minute, ready for slots or live tables.
GoPay
GoPay is wired into the same chip row. Tap, confirm in Gojek, and the funds appear against your account so you can move straight into a session.
QRIS
QRIS scans from any Indonesia banking app. Open the code, confirm the amount, and your negaraqq balance updates without you leaving the cashier.
ShopeePay
ShopeePay sits beside the e-wallet trio for anyone who keeps balance there. Same flow — confirm in-app, return to the lobby, carry on where you stopped.
BCA
BCA transfers route through the cashier with reference codes filled in. We post the credit as soon as the transfer clears, usually inside a few minutes.
Mandiri
Mandiri works the same as BCA on our end. Use mobile banking or ATM, copy the reference, and your balance moves once the bank acknowledges it.
Why the sign-in stays consistent
Single session
We keep one active session per account so nobody else can quietly ride your login. If a second device signs in, the first one is dropped and you'll see the alert.
Encrypted entry
Every credential you type at login is encrypted in transit. We never store passwords as plain text, and our agents cannot read them — only reset them on your request.
Phone verification
Your registered phone is the anchor. We use it for recovery codes and device prompts, which is why we ask you to keep that number current in your profile.
Quiet logging
We log sign-in time, device and rough location so you can spot anything unfamiliar in the activity panel. Nothing is shared outside the account holder.
Stable URL
The sign-in page lives at one address only. Bookmark it from inside your account and you'll always land on the genuine negaraqq screen, not a lookalike.
Human review
Unusual login patterns route to a human on our side before any lockout. We'd rather pause for a check than freeze a real account holder mid-session.
Sign-in consistency across surfaces
| Mobile browser | The mobile sign-in screen mirrors desktop field-for-field. Same username box, same recovery link, same chip row waiting once you're through. |
|---|---|
| Desktop browser | Desktop adds a wider lobby preview after login, but the credentials and verification prompts are identical to what you see on a phone. |
| Tablet | Tablets pick up the desktop layout when held landscape and the mobile layout in portrait. Either way, the sign-in fields stay where you expect. |
| Returning device | A device you've used before skips the verification code and drops you straight into the lobby with your last-session shortcuts pinned. |
| New device | First time on a phone or laptop, we send a code to your registered number. One entry, one tap, and the device is trusted from then on. |
| After timeout | If you idle long enough to time out, we return you to the exact screen you left — same slot, same market, same balance once you re-enter. |
| Account recovery | Recovery from any surface uses the same phone-code flow. No email loops, no support tickets needed for a standard password reset. |
